Every piece we produce is built to spec. If something isn't right, we'll correct it — no friction, no runaround.

Eligible for refund

Incorrect item shipped
Defective or damaged product upon arrival
Timeframe

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

To make a claim, email apexvec@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and photo of the issue. We'll replace the item or refund you.
